What's up, what's up, what's up!?
I've been in the home service trades since 1991 and helped build three different service companies that each grew past $100 million in revenue. I've led both privately owned and private equity-backed businesses, and I understand what it really takes to grow without losing your culture or your people.
I value a servant leadership style and believe that strong businesses are built by strong teams. It's simple: Meet people where they are, then help them get where they want to go.
Today, through “The Dean’s List, LLC," I work with owners and leadership teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies to help them build better businesses and better lives.
I'm a Christian, husband, father, grandfather, friend, and a leader in the business world. I live just south of Nashville with my wife, Jennifer, whom I married shortly after we graduated high school together. We have three daughters and a brand new grandson.
I'm competitive, loving sports, but I also enjoy slowing down on my small farm. I find peace working in the garden, spending time on my tractor, and being outdoors.
In my eyes, leadership is not about titles or recognition. It is about serving people well and leaving things better than I found them.
